Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available in £10.00 denominations and redeemable against any show at The Princess Theatre. These can be purchased online or via the Box Office. Gift vouchers have no expiry date.
Credit Notes
If you have been issued with a credit note during the COVID pandemic these are available for collection from the box office if you so wish. However everything has been electronically saved on the system. Once you wish to redeem your credit please contact the box office directly with your request and we can book your seats and apply the credit automatically. Unfortunately credit notes cannot be redeemed online. They also hold no expiry date.
Circle and Boxes
Please note when booking seats upstairs that we do not currently have a lift. It is also a requirement that Boxes are booked as a whole. That is if you wish to take advantage of a box you are required to purchase all four available seats.
Toilet Facilities
All toilet facilities are situated on the ground floor.
Concessions
Concession prices may be available where indicated, depending on the show. Identification may be required.
Theatre
Ticket prices will vary depending on the show. Group/party prices may be introduced according to the policy of the visiting company.
Supporting acts
Supporting acts are regularly used by producers to start a show and warm up the audience before the main act. The Princess Theatre does not know if support acts will be used at the time of printing this brochure. Patrons are therefore advised that support acts may be used at the discretion of the producing management. For further information patrons may enquire at the box office on the afternoon of the performance.
Babes in arms policy
- Babes in arms (children aged 2 years and under) will be admitted free of charge to all live shows but must sit on an adult’s lap. Parents and/or supervisors are responsible for supervising children in their care at all times. All other children require their own tickets at full price.
- Baby changing facilities are available in the main foyer ladies toilets and in the disabled toilet at the rear of the stalls. Please ask a staff member for details.
Booster cushions
As the theatre only has a limited supply of booster cushions, parents are welcome to bring their own when accompanying children to see a show.
Theatre hire
We can offer the theatre to hire for meetings, seminars, conferences and special events. Please contact our General Manager on 01485 532252 or via boxoffice@princesshunstanton.co.uk

You have the right to ask for your information to be removed from the database at any time, or to ask to see a copy of the information held about you and have any inaccuracy corrected.

The management reserves the right to refuse entry and make any changes to the information contained in this brochure without prior notification, in the event of illness, contractual obligation or any other unavoidable cause.
Seating Plan
Stalls Row A – F is flat flooring, Rows G – K gently slopes upwards with K being highest row in the Stalls . Green seats L – M are the same height as Row K.
If you require Wheelchair and Carer seats please contact the box office directly as these cannot be booked online.
Circle Seats are all tiered and separated by steps, accessed by the main staircase – we do not have a lift, please ensure all customers are able to manoeuvre up several flights of stairs.
Boxes are accessed via the circle up the main staircase – we do not have a lift.
Colour Codes (some shows seats may differ in price due to location)
- Red – Best Viewing and most popular
- Green – Rear of Stalls and Circle
- Yellow – Restricted view to small hand rail along the balcony for access to boxes. This may impact certain sight lines to the stage from these seats.
- When booking online the grey seats are booked, coloured seats are available.
