Why Do We Charge A Booking Fee

Generally we only receive about 25% of the ticket revenue for the show’s you see at the Princess. The remainder goes straight to the Production Companies for providing the show. In order to bring you the very best shows we need to add a booking fee to the ticketed price so as to protect our share of the revenue and keep the theatre running. We do hope you understand and thank you for your patronage.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a cancellation or postponement of an event. In the event that a show is cancelled we will endeavour to contact all customers that have booked as soon as possible. You will be refunded the face value of the ticket price only.

This does not include any postage or online transaction fee, if applicable.

COVID 19 Policy – If a show has NOT been cancelled but you are unable to attend you will be issued with a credit note that can be used against any show, film or screening on any future dates. Credit notes have no expiry date. Any shows that have been affected by COVID – 19 you will be contacted and offered options on your tickets.
