In person at the Box Office

You can book tickets from the specifically designed Box Office in the foyer.

The Box Office is open 7 DAYS A WEEK 10am – 5pm. (unless there is a performance the box office will remain open until 30 mins after showtime.)

Online

Tickets for events at The Princess Theatre can be purchased via www.princesshunstanton.co.uk. Simply select the Book Tickets option next to the show of your choice and follow the instructions. You have 3 options on how to receive your tickets when checking out.

EMAIL – Once you have received your tickets you can either download the attachment to your device and show them on arrival to the auditorium or you can print them out at home.

POST – Tickets can be posted to the address supplied at booking for an extra £1.00 per order.

COLLECTION – Tickets will be printed and left at the Box Office for collection. Tickets can be collected at any point after purchase (when open) or left to collect on arrival at show time.

Please enclose all details including title of show, date, time, price and your name and address. Cheques should be made payable to Princess Theatre Ltd with your name and address written on the reverse.

Credit or debit cards

We accept all major credit cards either by telephone, in person or via our ticketing website. Please note that there is a £1.00 transaction fee per order when purchasing tickets online.

Why Do We Charge A Booking Fee

Generally we only receive about 25% of the ticket revenue for the show’s you see at the Princess. The remainder goes straight to the Production Companies for providing the show. In order to bring you the very best shows we need to add a booking fee to the ticketed price so as to protect our share of the revenue and keep the theatre running. We do hope you understand and thank you for your patronage.

Refunds

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is a cancellation or postponement of an event. This applies to all NON COVID affected shows (ie shows that have not been rescheduled due to the pandemic). In the event that a show is cancelled we will endeavour to contact all customers that have booked as soon as possible. You will be refunded the face value of the ticket price only.

This does not include any postage or online transaction fee, if applicable.

COVID 19 Policy – If a show has NOT been cancelled but you are unable to attend due to a positive test or isolation you will be issued with a credit note that can be used against any show, film or screening on any future dates. Credit notes have no expiry date. Any shows that have been affected by COVID – 19 you will be contacted and offered options on your tickets.
