Following the latest government announcement we will be temporarily closing our doors throughout the latest national lock down period from Thursday 5th November 2020. However, you can still book for the only professional Pantomime in Norfolk ‘MOTHER GOOSE’ online and the tickets will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you cannot book online please call the Box Office on 01485 532252, after the message press 1 and leave your message or email us at boxoffice@princesshunstanton.co.uk and we can process your booking. We will get back to you as soon as possible to take payment.


We are now moving the 100% capacity shows that were planned throughout January, February and March 2021 to later in the year or into 2022 and in place we now have a new and exciting programme of socially distanced shows. We will be in touch with customers who have tickets booked once we have further details and new dates to offer you. We ask for your patience during this difficult time. As you are aware, the Princess Theatre is a small venue that relies upon its volunteers to keep it operational.  We, of course, do not want to put it in jeopardy.  Please can we ask you for your continued support to take up the offer of the new dates when they become available or a credit note, rather than requesting a refund or by donating to our theatre fund above.

If you are a ticket holder, new tickets have been emailed to you as we are following the governments advice of using e-tickets. You can download these to a device or print them out at home and bring with you, but these must stay in your possession at all times, thus limiting contact between staff and customers. If you do not have an email address that we can use, your tickets will be printed and will be made available from the Box Office for collection when open or at showtime. There is no postage at this time. If you are requiring a refund we ask that you email the the box office. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom over the past 8 years and look forward to seeing you when things return to normality for the theatre. In the meantime, we very much look forward to welcoming you back to the theatre as we operate in a socially distanced way. We please ask that all customers adhere to our new Covid 19 rules and regulations.
